Your privacy matters here.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the choices that belong to you. It is written in plain language on purpose. You deserve to know exactly what happens to your information before you share a single detail of it.

How We Share Your Information
20. Our service providers. We share information with the companies that help us run this business. Payment processors, email and CRM platforms, website hosts, course and community platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. They receive only what they need to perform their work for us and they are required to protect it.
21. Our team. Employees, contractors, and outsourced support who need access in order to serve you. Every one of them operates under confidentiality obligations.

25. We do not sell your information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Section 27 explains how to opt out.

26. What you can ask for. Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
Confirm what personal information we hold about you
Provide a copy of it
Correct anything inaccurate
Delete it, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations
Stop marketing to you
Withdraw a consent you previously gave
Email us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] to make a request. We will verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the timeframe your local law allows.
27. When you live in California. The CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties involved. You also have the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to be treated equally when you exercise any of these. We will never deny you Services or change your investment because you exercised a privacy right.

You hold the rights above plus the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We process your information on one of these legal bases: your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the ones where you live. Retention, Security, and Other Essentials
30. How long we keep it. We hold your personal information for as long as your relationship with us is active and afterward for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
31. How we protect it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No website, no platform, and no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
